It is a one hour workshop and the workshop will include:

1) A short intro into the importance of dreaming, some innovative stories inspired by “dream time” including Google, Periodic Table, Sewing machine, and more.

2) A short meditation to open the imagination and take everyone to the future of the company and their roles in creating it.

3) A 20-minute writing session for each person's professional goals within the company & vision for the future.

4) A 20-minute sketch & writing session for personal goals in family and social life. Each person shares a glimpse.

5) Conclusion.

Format:

The workshop is interactive with a guided visualization, curated questions to answer individually and in teams.
